Communication ToS:
Commission ToS:
Adopts ToS:
Other Stuff ToS:
- Please do not ask to communicate on Telegram, Skype, Discord, ect. I am rarely on these programs and a extreme introvert with a busy life. If you cannot respond through notes or e-mail, don’t commission me. Sorry for the inconvenience. If you hate dealing with the FA note system, I will gladly give you my commission e-mail address to communicate via there
- I suffer from chronic migraines so if I go AWOL for a day or two that is why.
- When sending notes or emails on revisions please try keep it to one note per revision run. Do not send multiples. Not only does this help keep everything organized, sending multiples drowns out my inboxes and completely muddles everything. I completely understand if you forget something or got excited and need to send another that is ok! However, notes are not a chat service and people don't need to send four, one sentence notes.
- I know on FA you can see if I read your notes. If I do not reply back, do not fret! I probably read it on my phone and am waiting to get to an actual computer to reply. Typing on the phone is my great weakness.
Commission ToS:
- Do not ask for commissions types I do not offer. However, If you are unsure, please feel free to ask!
- Don't ask for Background Types I do not offer. The Thigh-Up Poster commissions are about as far as I go. So if you look at those they are good examples! C: Please, do not ask me to do anything more than that. It's been happening a lot. When I get more comfortable with BG's and feel like they are worth your money I will offer them.
- Commissioners may not modify their piece in any way. Doing so will get the commissioner blacklisted.
- I will not accept extremely specific commissions. Example of such is being thee paragraphs long, telling me the exact details of what each finger on both hands are doing.
- Do not commission me and then ask for major changes on your character that you have given me the reference for. I am not re-designing your character.
- If the commissioner fails to give me accurate description of what they want in their first description they will be refused major tweaks. Or will have to pay extra.
- Do not approve revisions and then go back on them. You will be charged extra for doing so or be refused.
- I do not post all my commissions. Do not harass me to do so, please.
- If you are under 18 I will not do NSFW for you. Please be honest!
- Do not ask me to do NSFW with characters under 18. This is a huge no for me. I can "adultify" them for you, however.
Adopts ToS:
- You may change them around to your liking, unless stated otherwise. Most of my adopts you are more than welcome too!
- You may NOT make a species out of any adopt I make
- You may NOT use them for commercial purposes
- If you resell any of the adopts you have got from me you must sell them for no higher than you bought it for. Unless you have gotten extra art for them. If you do you will be blacklisted.
Other Stuff ToS:
- If I decide to draw myself something in between commissions, that is my right to do so. I always try to finish my commissions in a timely manner. Never taking longer than a month and on average in 1-2 weeks. However, sometimes I need to relax and draw myself something in between!
- Please feel free to post your commission pieces whenever you they are finished. You don't have to wait on me to post
- You may not sell the art I have made for you.
- I will keep the finished piece of art in my Mediafire for a month. After that It MIGHT be deleted. So it is not guaranteed that I will have the piece of art.
Character Design Guide and ToS
Things to have for Character Design in your first note:
Of course with designs there will be back and forth as it is a design, however any please be within reason. I have a list below of general rules of thumb of do's and don'ts. As I am not a mind reader, and everyone is different so please do not assume I will 100% know what you mean if you are not fully clear. The less guessing I have to do will make you and I much happier.
Things to have for Character Design in your first note:
- Color hex's for character's eyes, body, nails, ect. Basically anything you think prominent and you want a color for give me hexes. http://www.color-hex.com/ If your coloration is based off of an animal, that works as well c:
- Pictures describing what you want said character to have traits of. Example: "I'd like my characters wings to be similar to ~insert link here~'s wings". This includes the NSFW bits too if you are getting that.
- Clothing reference and hex colors for clothing
- Anything else you can think of adding C:

- Please don't give me indecisive "Oh, I don't know. I guess we will sees".
- Please be at least semi-sure of what you'd like.
- Do not ask me to "Do what you think looks best", and then completely want an overhaul on what I have done. If you are going to do that, then why'd you ask me to do that in the first place? It's why I ask for references of what you would like.
- You will get two revision passes in the sketch phase, and one in the color phase (that is what the extra $20s pays for). After that it's 10$-20$ depending on how long and complicated the revisions will be. Unless it is super minor like a eye color change, fingernail color change, ect.
- Once the sketch is done, and we have finalized it that is it. I will ink it and lay down colors. If you want alterations to the line art after I have inked and put down colors; the alterations will be $10-20 depending on complexity of edits.
I will NOT draw(s)
Others:
- I won’t draw any character that has any extreme body types, physical characteristics and such that are not in the realm of realistic anatomy. This includes NSFW images. A good example is 70’s Arnold Schwarzenegger. That is my limit. Examples being inflation, huge super buff people, giant genitals, “big bulges in the pants”, ect. Unless I specifically offer it in a journal.
- No excessively complicated genitalia. Example "My characters donger has 4 tentacles that shoot out of it when excited!" However, please feel to note/email me if you are unsure. c:
- Babies/Kids -- Chibis I will do if you want something cute, though!
- Human Commissions: The only type I accept are either the full body simple BG, or Thigh up poster and they must be SFW. Until I am more comfortable drawing humans these are all I will take for human commissions.
- Large size differences in characters. Example: Character A is 7 feet tall, and character B is 25 feet tall. Unless it’s something like a dragon-rider esque picture. It makes composition in images wonky.
- Complicated armor or weapons. I will not be drawing guns anymore.
If you are unsure, please feel free to ask!

Payment
Payment Plans
Cancellations and Refunds
I reserve the right to refuse and blacklist problematic commissioners.
- Payment is due within 48 hours of me accepting and confirming via notes what you would like as a commission.
Payment Plans
- If any commission or auction goes over $200 you may do a payment plan. My payment plans are very basic as I want to keep it easy on myself to keep track of.
- I will send you an invoice that allows you to "Partial Payment". Meaning you can make multiple payments to that single invoice.
- %50 of the total is required in the first 48h of commission confirmation or auction end time. The rest of the payment is required within two weeks of commission confirmation or auction end time.
- Failure of payment within the two weeks = blacklisted
- For Character Design Auction Payment Plan info
- You will receive your full res images and ownership of the design once the FULL PAYMENT is received. Not before.
- Commission and YCH Auction Payment Plan info
- Every payment made equates to the percentage of work I will put in the image. So, say you put down the base %50 required down payment. I will work on the image up to %50 completion until full payment and full thus full completion of the image!
Cancellations and Refunds
- Once order is taken and I started working on the commission I will deduct $20 per hour that I work on the commission. So say, a commission is $100, but is cancelled after I have worked 3 hours on it I will only refund $40 to the commissioner.
I reserve the right to refuse and blacklist problematic commissioners.
Commission Process
Please be aware of my process. If you cannot comply or do not want a commission process like this please do not commission me.

Time Frame To Complete Commissions
- A majority of the time it takes me 1-2 weeks to finish a commission. However, sometimes my schedule is incredibly busy. It is rare, and random and when it happens, but it could take a month-ish to finish a commission.
- If the commission is NSFW please expect it to take around a week longer than the normal.
- If you are ever curious to the progress on your commission, just note me! C:
Finished Image Size and Resolution
